Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your preferred item/items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be required to handle the cost of shipping back to our facility. We recommend the use of tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if a returned item does not reach us safely. If approved we “Miles Per Hour” will cover the postage fee of the new items back to you

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be required to cover the shipping cost back to our facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow for 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our facility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged / faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of a damaged item we may require proof such as a photo. We may decline your refund or exchange request in any case there is no clear evidence of damage

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS

 

Refunds / Store credit

Miles per hour does not offer REFUNDS for change of mind, wrong size / items do not fit. However we are more than happy to exchange your items or issue a store credit providing they are in their original state.

ONLY on items that deemed to be faulty / damaged upon arrival will be issued a refund.

With refunds will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
